GoogleI thought estate agents in Grimsby were bad but this lot win the prize. Total shambles. They do not care about customer service for tenants so their properties have a high turnover. Landlords, stay away unless you want angry tenants in your house.

Can't get much more uselss than that.
When I tried to call it went straight to a pre-recorded message asking me to leave my details but the answerphone doesn't allow you to leave a message.
I arranged the viewing 10 days before so if anything had came up, they had time to let me know but they never.
Shame but I can only give them 1 star and a poor review if they behave like this.

Terrible company, they don't care about the landlords, fees are way to high for what they do for you. They don't complete annual inspections, and come up with so many excuses, they forget to complete EPC certificates. Overpriced and very poorly managed. Don't use them if you are thinking of renting out a property, go elsewhere.
