GoogleWe have just completed the sale of our house with Connells. The entire team, Caroline, Helen and Ashton have worked incredibly hard to ensure the move was successful. They have always been professional, knowledgeable and hugely supportive.
At times we had to navigate a particularly complicated chain but their guidance, advice and encouragement kept us going and we finally sold!

GoogleExcellent service from Charlotte and Jane, they resolved everything from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, they did all the background work with high energy & positivity keeping me updated throughout.
We hit a bit of a Rocky road with a chain collapsing however Charlotte persevered and showed excellent resilience. Jane kept everything running smoothly on the financial side ensuring everything was in order.
I have to mention that Charlotte has a law degree and dealt with the legal side via their conveyancing service as well as many other queries. It was just an excellent all round experience. She really knows her stuff and if something untoward pops up she gets to the bottom of it rather quickly through the legal channels.
Others may have had a bad experience from time to time and i myself felt very low when the chain collapsed mid way however it is important to note that ’Connells’ have been around a very long time and for very good reason.

GoogleFirstly I cannot thank the Connells Sutton team enough for all there hard work! If you do anything today read my review. We were looking to sell our current property in order to downsize, buy on and then also buy a buy to let property as this was always a dream of ours. We had Karen come out to value our property who was last from 3 other estate agents and we just knew from the word go that she was the agent for us. Charlotte and Jake kept me updated every other day with how they where getting on and we just loved the communication from them! They quickly found us a new home which is just perfect and also found us a rental property that we loved, along with also selling our current home! AMAZING!. Charlotte introduced me to their lettings team and while this is something we wanted to try ourselves we were aware that we knew nothing of the legislation. Gavin and Tayla from letting helped us so much and now we have an amazing tenant! All around we are amazed with everyone at Connells and we couldn't of asked for a better experience. We will be recommending to all our family and friends!

GoogleVery disappointed, will never ever use their service again. Just keep in mind... once you sign up with them... your chasing of the progress begins. They valued my property, but gave no incentive nor willingness in helping sell it. You will end up begging them to help you sell. They simply don't care. What you will hear is that your contract with them is for a period of 6 months and you got stock. The agency will ask you to reduce the price by 10k, just to push the sale, You will loose money with them. Don't use their solicitors... I believed taking solicitor with agency will help me to sell quicker. Not with Connells Sutton. You are better off finding your own solicitor. It has been 3 months and I'm nowhere near the close. Heheh and its not down to COVID. Their solicitors must be somehow related/friends with them, because they behave exactly the same way as Connells. Very disappointed, will never ever use their service again.
