GoogleBoth Hannah and Meg are amazing. After being left in a situation with previous tenants and agent Hannah the manager of Conells came to see me within a couple of hours. She rectified the situation in such a professional and supportive way. Within a few days Meg assisted the viewings and I now have great tenants. Thank you so very much Hannah and Meg. Your great. 😊

GoogleIve had a poor time and given up on this company, not only did they not swift secure the plat i sent my £450 for (long gone now) but since requesting a refund on 11/03/2019 I still dont have my £450 back, very poor service, they seem like all sunshine and rainbow but unless you can move instantly dont bother with them

GoogleDespite numerous attempts asking Jaydelle for photos of the property we were interested in we received nothing, not even a courtesy email which I would have expected at the very least. In addition, Jaydelle failed to mention that terrace access at the allegro properties which we are renting at is only available to those on the upper floors, as a result we were miss sold the property we are currently renting. Very poor and unprofessional.

GoogleTotally disappointing rather cruel. our faulty boiler has not been repaired since three weeks despite dozens of emails and phone calls. We have paid in advance four months rent and never delayed for a single day payment of rent . Living with young children as young as two years but they damn care to get the boiler repaired/replaced. It seems they don't have any oversight from their Headquarter to check their performance. Keeping children in cold for more than three weeks is nothing short of cruelty. GoogleOur first contact with Connells was a 'phone call to ask if they would like to market our house. The person who took our call (sorry, cannot remember her name) was professional and helpful and arranged for Karen Crew to visit us. Karen called ahead to confirm the time she would be with us an arrived promptly. She was knowledgeable and explained the whole process of selling a property, gave advice on how to present it, showed us a copy of another property details brochure and explained the fee structure. She gave us her valuation range for the property and suggested that we market it at the mid-point as going higher could take a lot longer to sell but going lower did not reflect the true value. The sale went through pretty much as she had forecast and the only delay was completely outside of Connells control. GoogleI was so happy with the service provided to me by Connells in Sutton Coldfield in the sale of my property. From the first meeting with Karen for the valuation right through to completion, Helen, Karen and the whole team were great. I was always kept updated whatever the update was regarding. No issues were avoided everything dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thank you Connells for making it as stress free as possible for me.

GoogleAvoid this place like the plaque. Corrupt staff who will pressure you to do your Mortgage in-house because the vendor “prefers people who are doing the mortgage with Connells” LIES LIES LIES! It is wrong to coerce your customers into taking a mortgage with you!!! Many agents have been investigated for this and Connells should be too. The vendors(sellers) did not ask Connells to make sure the mortgage is done through them this is pure lies. They just want their commission. We put an offer in for a house, we also made the mistake of doing our mortgage with them as first time buyers we didn’t know any different. Another buyer also put an offer in - we were made aware that this offer was higher but our offer was accepted because we are doing our mortgage in house. This was great news for us and gave us assurance that we made the right decision going through Connells. We went in and done all the paperwork paid a £500 fee. Alarm bells should have rung when whilst we were doing the affordability the advisor let slip that there are tenants in the house. The vendors son is living there - so how is it a vacant purchase?? She assured us he will be moving out however could not confirm when. She assured us it wasnt a big deal and nothing to worry about. the next day we got the call that the other buyer who had put the higher offer in had gone directly to the vendor and increased his offer therefore we have lost out on the house. No this was all lies. They did not eveb inform the vendor that there was a higher offer because they were not doing the mortgage through Connells hence no commission. When that buyer went around to the vendor that is when the vendor realised there was a higher offer and that’s why we lost out. The vendor as with everyone just wants a good price regardless of where or who the mortgage is with. Connells are dishonest and corrupt. Avoid them if you want a smooth first buy or any buy.

GoogleFrom the start to the finish of the sale, Connells have been superb. Karen valued the property, created a fantastic set of details and explained the process thoroughly. No question was unanswered. Charlotte who handled my sale was impeccable. Always took my calls, called me back when asked and made the whole painful process that much easier. If you're selling a property in the Sutton Coldfield area, save time, expense and hassle, use Connells. Other estate agents could learn from them.

GoogleExcellent service and support! I have no hesitation in recommending Connells (& indeed already have). I wasted over 6 months with a well known estate agents - gaining nothing but extra grey hairs and wrinkles - and culminating in them expecting me to drop the already reduced sale price by a further £20,000. I finally rang Karen (at Connells' Sutton Coldfield branch) for advice and direction. She immediately made me feel relaxed and confident in Connells' ability to sell the house, and at its full market price. Suggesting we try the modern method of auction (IAmSold) I secured Connells services. The whole experience from signing as a client to receiving payment from the sale has been hassle free (and I do not say that lightly). I strongly urge anyone/everyone selling a property to contact Connells. After all, life's stressful enough!

GoogleJust used Connells to sell our house. We received a very professional service from start to finish. Staff are all very competent and seemed to work together in our interests. I liked that they did the viewings and made sure they know as much as possible about the property. I was surprised they were so thorough with their research of people putting in offers. We paid for the premium service which I think the pictures alone made it worthwhile. The linked services (solicitor, mortgage advisor, etc) seemed good, but too expensive to use. They were the most expensive we got a quote from, but well worth the money and I was happy to pay a 'bonus' as they got us so much more than any other estate agent would have. Have recommended to friends and family, two of which are happily using them at the moment.

GoogleConnells removed our property from marketing before the end of our contract without informing us. The floor plan they initially used was incorrect and the amendments took a long time to be updated, it remained wrong for 16 weeks.
