GoogleWe have rented a property from centrick property we have been trying to get work done since we moved in, in July when we moved in within a week we had a flood through the bedroom and the lounge the flood was caused by the drains and gutters being blocked as there had been no maintenance on the building this had to be done through the insurance so took weeks to do, new flooring has now been laid, just a nightmare when you have just moved, also one of the doors is actually nailed shut which is a fire risk we have been trying to get this done and the tap in the kitchen which is so loose also damage to the work tops I have lost count of the number of e-mails I have sent them this all needed doing before we moved in, the thing is they take a £900 deposit and after reading some reviews I wonder how they run this company they have told us they want two estimates from two different companies nobody has been round to access the damage maybe the fire service might have something to say about this door that is nailed shut, this is the 1st time we have rented and it's been a nightmare this company do not seem to care about their tenants.

Very poor management company.Haven’t maintained the building - the lifts have not worked for over 3 weeks and it’s and 11 storey building.

We recognise that this is impacting residents and are engaged at all levels to find the right solutions for all Miller Heights residents. GoogleI had a couple of intensive days looking for an apartment in Birmingham. One of the estate agents I dealt with was Centrick. The person who showed me properties was Harry Coughlin and he was excellent. Not only was he knowledgeable about the properties he promptly followed up on all the questions I had and resolved all of them quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service from Harry and to be frank, a much better standard than the other estate agents I came across.
