Egregious charges for damages, a lot of which were already within the property.Terrible service, did not answer calls or emails. Often did not send emails for apartment checkingsparking permit not given despite several chase upsjust save yourself a headache and find another agency

GoogleHaving worked in property for the past 15 years I have never before encountered worse service than provided by Chris Hart, Brogan Lewis and Sam Deffley who are the block management for my unit in the Dye works Leeds. I reported a leaking roof to them 24th April 2019, after tens of emails and calls we still don’t have any work even scheduled to take place. A clear disregard for their leaseholders, please avoid using this company they are not set up to be able to care for the blocks they manage.

Do not entertain this company. Absolutely horrendous. No service whatsoever, completely incompetent. No continuity of staff. Do absolutely nothing but call themselves Property Management. Shocking in every way.

We recognise that this is impacting residents and are engaged at all levels to find the right solutions for all Miller Heights residents. If I could rate lower I would. Nothing done with any speed. No contact until you chase them up. Make out as if it’s not their job to speak with the landlord. Honestly would never ever use them again it’s awful
