GoogleThe worst agency even. They don't respect tenants or landlords, they make money by managing as many properties as possible, charging the maximum and not provide any actual service. Avoid these thieves at all costs!! I bet they will simply provide a canned response to this negative review to pretend they have a customer service team, but they will never genuinely attempt to resolve anything.

GoogleAvoid at all cost if you can. One of the worst estate management I’ve come across. Blatantly lie, difficult to get hold of and issues never get resolved.

probably the worse letting agency I have ever come across. Please avoid this company and rent with someone else if you can. This company hires incompetent people to handle properties who clearly don’t know how to do their jobs.

Just wanted to drop a review thanking the staff at Jupiter Phase 4. They have made residing at the property so much more satisfying than under the previous managament company. Any issues I may have I feel I can come to Richard with them and it never feels like I am bothering them. Issues are dealt with quickly and in a way that solves the cause of the issue rather than the symptoms. Simon, the caretaker, is wonderfully approachable and is always willing to assist in any way he can. Justyna, the housekeeper, keeps the place spotless which is greatly appreciated as well.
