Unbelievably rude, I enquired about viewing a property in Ashleigh Rd Solihull, which had just come on the market & bluntly told ( by a man) I could not view but could make an offer, then maybe I could view!!My house is going on the we market & no way would consider using a company the speaks to customers like that

I got sent a invoice yesterday for Service Charge on my flat which I'd already paid on the 18th January, why aren't you checking your records before sending this out? It's just bad service and immediately makes me think that Centrick are trying to get more money out of me.

I am so sick of experiencing poor service from this Housing Management company. They do not care about the every day life's of their tenants. The lifts have been out of action for weeks and there are leaks throughout the building but Centrick are doing NOTHING.

Centrick Jamie Noon, did a survey asking residents "installing more CCTV?" last year. The results 92% is positive. The project didn't start yet and new property manager, Natalie Byrne on duty early this year. Up to now, no following up!
