Moved to Nottingham with Family recently on August 2021. Tried a lot of Agents but didn't have good experience. Centrick was quick and helped us find a suitable Apartments in suitable and secured place.After moving we had few request, Where Lara White helped us getting new chairs and carpet changed on time. GoogleRemote management, no proactive solutions, ever changing personel and management that want to side step issues. Appears to be company that is in it for themselves and not leaseholders. Charges rise year on year (they have introduced a Centrick sliding scale) without any justification or improvements. If you are thinking of using Centrick or buying a flat that Centrick manage, i would be very cautious.
We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with our service, we understand that a site meeting was held yesterday an action plan has been set up and you have been in communication with a director from Estate Management directly.

Yet again no answer from this company when asking if the lift has been fixed. We are losing our tenant because of this. Not looking good for getting someone else in the way things are. Never offer a refund for their incompetence

Absolutely useless. They bill for services that are not relevant and ignore their own replies to solicitors letters regarding the voiding of bills. The amounts they are billing for vary from letter to letter and they obviously have no knowledge about the properties in their portfolio.
