I had my flat reprocessed because of centrick not repairing a leak that my tenant had reported.the leak was reported overthe last year and never resolved .the Tennant moved out and it was not fit for habitation.i lost £10k in rent .promises to repair the roof and replaster/ repaint were never forfilled...so centrick don't send me an email asking to contact your customer services.if I had the money I would take you to court .!!!I am now left with no flat,which is unsaleable .Disgraceful company who help no one.
