GoogleI used centrick when I had rented a flat in Digbeth for 2 years. Very responsive and very friendly staff. Price wise they're reasonable. For what you pay, they do maintain the building well and its surroundings. The new office just across the road from the old one is very fancy. Old building but done up to very modern standard. I really do like the led lights.

This company places the interests of their freeholder over and above the leaseholders and tenants of the property they manage in Maidstone. Failures have included soil stack leaks that have not been repaired after 9 months of notification, security arrangements for the building and car park and general communication with clents.
Dear Ian, We are genuinely very sorry for the current and historical issues at Miller Heights and the impact that this is having on both landlords and residents. Following the resident’s association meeting on the 22nd May, we have issued an update via the newsletter on Friday 26th May, an will continue to send this bi-weekly to all residents to help keep everyone informed of progress. We can confirm that some of the lifts are now back in operation and a new front door has been fitted, we are currently working on the rear door repair and once this is repaired, ensure the full security of the building. We will provide another update during the residents meeting planned for Monday 12th June. Our priority is to ensure that the building is safe and secure and we’d like to assure all residents and leaseholders that we are actively working to establish a stronger financial position for the development to continue addressing and resolving the historic issues. Please do get in touch with your Property Manager if there is anything else that we can do in the meantime or contact customerservice@centrick.co.uk
