GoogleHaving looked high and low for a suitable apartment in the city center, we were delighted when Tracy showed us the beautiful flat that we now live in. Tracy was very friendly and professional which made the whole process of moving home that much easier. The service from Centrick has been excellent, we moved in smoothly with no fuss - would definitely recommend.

The estate agency is very hard to get in contact with the lack of communication/ Mis communication is probably the only issue I experienced. The main individual who stood out throughout the move in process was Cara! She helped throughout even during her personal time outside of work. Appreciate her efforts! Overall, took abit of time to get things sorted but in the end everything was done!

Homeless because of ceiling collapse in my flat due to leak in apartment buildings roof. Been well over a year, no progress made and often don't answer when I call. No communication since beginning of March.

Can never speak to anybody they don’t phone back. I’ve been asking about The gardens for weeks and still no grass cut or bushes cut back still no new dustbin and rubbish area a complete mess.

I have received an arrears letter for the 2 properties owned in Copper Quarter despite paying them on time, 1 month earlier. I have emailed and left voice messages but no response from Centrick. Very annoyed they have sent me these letters, further infuriated with not being able to speak to someone to have it resolved.
