The speed at which repairs take place is unacceptable. Particularly when it comes to the elevators. However the concierge team are absolutely excellent! I’m only giving 5 stars because of the very friendly and helpful Bernadette rose and Nida Ahmed.

No reply from the management company, cannot reach them at all, called a few times and no one pick up. Our management company recently changed to Centrick which we have no choice. Our service charge have not been collected for a quarter and keep chasing them to collect the service charge. But still no one reply.

I booked a viewing with this agency. I told them that in order to attend, I had to drive ~100miles as I had been residing at another city. They reassured me that I was the first appointment, so there was no way that anybody else would reserve it. Next morning, drove from Manchester down to Birmingham, only to receive a text saying that the apartment was taken.Absolutely disgrace.

Centrick phone lines are NEVER answered, I continue to phone the line published on their website and still no one picks . It states you are 5th in the queue and then all of a sudden you are 10th! .

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE, THE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE, THE TENENTS WHICH THEY FILL INTO THE HOUSES ARE "CHAVS" WITH CRIMINAL RECORDS AND THE PRICES SET FOR RENT IS BEYOND EXTORTIONATE. THEY NEVER CARRY OUT ANY REPAIRS AND LEAVE THE PROPERTY IN A DIRE STATE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO SPEND MONEY, THEY TELL LIES TO THE COUNCIL ABOUT NON-PAYMENTS, THEY SCRUTINISE EVERY INCH OF THE HOUSE EVERY TWO OR THREE MONTHS AND IN GENERAL, THEY DON'T HAVE AN OUNCE OF MANNERS BETWEEN THEM. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL CON-ARTISTS AND LIARS AND I EVER REGRET HAVING MOVED INTO THEIR PROPERTY AND THEREFORE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. We would like to assure everyone that we absolutely do not and would not post our own reviews! In fact, Google has systems in place that prevent companies from doing this. All comments on here, good and bad, have been posted by genuine Centrick Property customers. We feel privileged to have so many great reviews, but when we get negative feedback we take it very seriously indeed - if we make mistakes, we make a point of putting our hands up and doing our best to rectify the matter for our customer. However, in this case we have never had a tenant registered under this reviewers name and the only incident we are aware of that vaguely resembles the circumstances described is currently subject to a fraud investigation, so unfortunately we are not permitted to make any detailed comment in this public forum.
