Really disappointed with the service, lifts out of order and my tenant is on the 11th floor!!Let’s see them carrying shopping and children up 11 flights for weeks Don’t get me started on the leaks.I now have a flat empty and unable to let due to the damage, with no date of when this will be fixed, again poor management.

I would not recommend this agency. It’s been 2.5 weeks and I have not gotten my deposit back. Moreover I have been overcharged for cleaning feed and appliances that were in the same condition when I rented the flat. I have tried negotiating but they have not responded to me. At this rate, I’m worried I might not get my deposit back. I’m a student, therefore, every pound counts. I would recommend another agency.

Myself and many others in my flat building have had awful experience with this company. I send regular emails with absolutely zero response regarding important issues we have. We have zero communication regarding service charge payments and then they expect everyone to pay with a few days notice for the whole year. The service they have provided is non-existent and have exploited myself and many others in our flats. Reply - the reply that Centrick has given is complete lies. Still nothing is sorted, the so called 'manager' Chris never replies to my emails. When I call centrick he is never there. Myself and others in my flats are asking simple questions which we have a right to know as we are paying the money. This whole process has been shocking beyond belief. They are robbing people blind.Update- I only get a reply once a month. Simple questions are never being answered. The communication and service is abysmal.
