GoogleWell we have had our issues with Centrick but needless to say who doesn’t, the most important issue for me is how they turn things around when they do go wrong - yes they put things right ! It may not always be the answer you want to hear but it’s the honest answer - recently we have a new account manager called Lizzie really impressed with her response times - attention to detail and most important communication. GoogleI am currently in the process of renting an apartment through Centrick. From my initial viewing with these estate agents, it was evident that they are a very professional and well-organised company.My lettings agent Anil has been extremely helpful through the process so far and has gone the extra mile to help me secure the perfect property. I would definitely recommend using Centrick over any other lettings agent in Birmingham!
