I'm selling my house and Centrick are the Estate Management Company. I've had to pay £150 for some pack for my buyers, and was told this would take 10 working days. It took double the amount of time and I had to chase almost daily, rarely receiving any reply to my emails. I am now awaiting exchange of contracts, but I have been informed we cannot exchange yet as my buyers Solicitors are waiting for a reply from you for just ONE ENQUIRY. They are chasing regularly and getting nowhere with you. The chain is now facing collapse if we do not get an answer soon, as the people I am buying off need to complete before the stamp duty holiday ends in September. Could someone PLEASE look into this for us as a matter of urgency? This should be a really quick easy fix if someone from Centrick could just answer the query for my buyers Solicitors!**edit ** I have already emailed you 3 times and I still haven't had a response from you my sale is being held up, we are literally just awaiting an answer to a single query. Can someone PLEASE get this sorted for me? Moving house and getting divorced is stressful enough without worrying the chain will collapse purely because no one will answer me or my solicitor!**EDIT I HAVE NOW SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SERVICES AND STILL HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! DO I NEED TO PHYSICALLY COME DOWN TO YOUR OFFICES FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER MY SOLICITORS QUESTION? WHY IS NO ONE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING AN ANSWER TO MY SOLICITOR? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME??!

Awful agency. I called them so so many times to fix my heating that was broken for a year they could not care less. I file complaints about noisy neibourghs. They lie to me at first saying that they talked to them and when I complain again they ignored me for months. They didn't even fix our mould problem around the house and when we were leaving they try to tell us that they would have come in the property even tho we didn't want to. I had to tell them that I would have call the police if they get in without our agreement. Avoid at all cost, once they take the money they really don't care and to be honest they don't play by the law. They charged us 100 pounds from the deposit because the smoke alarms where dusty and the dishwasher (that I've never ever used) was "dirty".. supposed that they use a luxury cleaner😑 Useless.

My experience with Centrick was extremely positive. I worked mainly with Elaine but also with Gary and both were highly professional and responsive. One particular incident in the selling of my house needs to be told. A buyer pulled out of purchasing the property on a Friday and the next day Elaine had arranged three viewings, one of which was the couple that eventually bought the house. During the sale, I built a very good relationship with Elaine who was always at the other end of the phone. She is incredible! I cannot recommend Centrick Solihull highly enough!

GooglePoor communication with tenant, they send workers to your home with keys without informing you of their coming. They have done this three times to me and other tenants in the building upon how badly we complain. No respect for tenants privacy.

Offer accepted, Heads of terms drafted and circulated almost instantly which lead to a extremely quick completion. Nowadays everyone tends to hide behind Covid and work from home excuses except Sue who was always available directly and gave each and every call priority and immediate attention.
