My early dealings with Centrick were appalling. The tenancy manager assigned to us at the start of our lease was clearly out of his depth from the outset and communication was not an area he specialised in. Telephone conversations were not logged accurately/or at all and his incompetency with anything contractual was shocking. The only person I dealt with who redeemed my Centrick experience was Lara White. Lara couldn't have been more professional in working with me when the tenancy ended. She listened, rang back with updates and kept me in the loop throughout the checking out process resulting in a very smooth end to the tenancy. Had Lara been our Manager at the start of the tenancy I would have scored a 5. Any new tenant who is looked after by Lara should consider themselves blessed.

I live in a 9 story building with no functional lifts. One lift has been down for months. The second has gone down twice in the last month and has now been down for the past 3 days. For anyone with any mobility issues has no access to their home. Even for those with fine mobility are completely exhausted trying to get to their homes. Outrageous. Completely unacceptable.

AVOID!!!!!!!I have only lived in this property for 2 months and have bad experience from the of. Repairs where not seen to that we noticed during a viewing such as light fittings hanging down, paint marks all over doors, chips on floors, cracked window sill. People are smoking weed in the flats around us and the smell enters our flat, I have a baby that has been getting exposed to this. If have windows opened the smell enters the flat if there closed the flat gets awfully hot.The bin area is OVER flowing which will bring rats to the property. The lifts are out of order daily which makes it terribly difficult with a baby and all their belongings to trail up many flights of stairs. We had designated parking spot but due to this company not issuing a permit after many requests we had a parking ticket. The issues go on… We have raised all these issues with centrick with little ( 2/3 weeks response) or no response, they are not professional, helpful and nor are these flats luxury.

I love the house given to us, the process was not stressful while getting the house but I only have a problem with how the right to rent and key collection process was. Even though, the lady assisted us very well to make it easier but I feel there are better ways to make it easier for us.

GoogleCentrick will waste landlord's money by replacing parts for no reason. They will not address any issues raised by tenants, even if they are urgent and causing a healths and safety hazard. They are useless, unprofessional and don't care about customer service. Landlord's and tenants can find plenty of other options and work with any other agency to avoid major headaches and loss of money.
