We had a problem with a possible water leak from the flat above ours. Contacted Lewis O’Connor at Centrick. Lewis had a plumber knocking on the door in under an hour. This is exceptional service in the UK. This is the second time Lewis has helped us with excellent support & problem solving. Well done Lewis & thanks again.

There is a sewage overflow and is stinking for the past three days and none of the numbers are reachable, no one attended to address the issue someone promised to send the contractor and closed the case but none turned up. Every year the service charges are increasing this is an emergency and THREE DAYS no one addressed the issue

Absolutely diabolical service. Called last week to arrange a viewing next week, asked for earlier date as I was super interested in the property. Agent said yes thats the earliest date. So called two days before viewing to make sure that's the earliest date and considering putting deposit down without viewing had a message on day of viewing let agreed by someone else without notifying me before hand as I would have put a deposit down. Mollie the person I spoke did not help absolve the issue and worst customer service I ever heard do not know where she got her training from Absolutely terrible.

GoogleWe have recently become tenants through Centrick and I have to say I've found them to be the most friendly helpful and efficient agents I have ever dealt with. Upon moving in I reported several very minor problems with the property and the maintenance team had them all sorted within two days. We have never had that kind of brilliant service from anyone else. Thank you Centrick especially Sarah in the nation wide team and Andy in maintenance.

My partner lives in a property in Maidstone managed by Centrick. The lifts have been out of service for well over month. My partner has been contacting Centrick for a resolution, they are not forthcoming. Due to poor health I cannot climb the stairs easily to the 8th floor, this is causing a lot of mental stress. Centrick do not care about people or the buildings they manage.

Good afternoon,We are genuinely very sorry for the current and historical issues at Miller Heights and the impact that this is having on both residents and visitors. Following the resident’s association meeting on the 22nd May all residents should have received an update via the newsletter on Friday 26th May, we will continue to send this bi-weekly to all residents to help keep everyone informed of progress. We can confirm that some of the lifts are now back in operation and a new front door has been fitted, we are currently working on the rear door repair and once this is repaired, ensure the full security of the building. We are working very closely with the Freeholder on all matters and will provide another update during the residents meeting planned for Monday 12th June. Our priority is to ensure that the building is safe and secure and we’d like to assure all residents and leaseholders that we are actively working to establish a stronger financial position for the development to continue addressing and resolving the historic issues.

I would give it no stars if there was a button, never known a letting agency as bad as them , they are money grabbers always wants money for everything , lift was always broken place stunk, all staff you spoke to are rude, landlord and a man that work in centrick walked straight into property, they bomb bard you with emails messages. Left the place and still get emails and still trying to get money ! Absolutely shocking would advice no one to go to this letting agency! Spoke to a couple of people who lived there and there was someone who had to pay rent when building was getting built disgusting! No hot water so bath never worked toilet always leaking! Also payed extra for furniture and there where no beds I rang emailed eg no one got back to me so had to go out own way and by my own my point is I had to pay extra for furniture which never come and still had to pay extra ? Also like to add no hot bath water for whole year I was there never fixed and toilet whole year leaking! Wallpaper coming off walls! I’ve spoke to many people that live in the apartment and all seemed to have same problems and never got sorted to me the building and centrick is all been done to quick and all faulty everyone has seemed to have problems with there water!

For the second consecutive time I was sent an incorrect invoice claiming I owed them £704 when in fact I paid £1104 in November last year. Not so much as an apology. I am stuck with this joke of an organisation otherwise I would drop them like a hot brick. Joke of a company.

The lease specifies on account payments in advance of each period, however as your account was in credit, the full amount did not fall due.
