Absolutely awful experience with…

Absolutely awful experience with Centrick Properties. Didn’t respond to any of our complaints and we endured living for 3 years in an apartment without windows that open, next to a brothel and then what made it worse was despite centrick notices saying no air bnbs were allowed in the building - they opened one up of their own opposite my apartment. Terrible company who are just total con artists. Took all our deposit - including charging £9.60 for a LIGHTBULB! That’ was working when we left. Absolutely awful experience, , following Centricks reply, , , , There are many Airbnb’s in operation I’m afraid Centrick. We have endured for the last 2 years noise, disruption, smoking in a building with no windows, drunk people coming back at all hours of the morning, cleaning trolleys blocking the fire escapes as they have come to clean the Air bnb let’s. Despite signs being up ALL OVER the building about not allowing air bnbs - there are multiple! Will be reporting your company to trading standards

Chris - The Site Manager of the people!

Having been with you during the building and development of The Axium, my family has been very impressed with the process.  In particular the site manager Chris. My first week he checked in and personally delivered parcels. He circulates the blocks routinely for issues and supports all residents effectively.What we appreciate in particular is that he remembers the small nuances that make each encounter genuine (this is no different from the experience given to other residents). He is the most pro-active and accomodating site manager I have had the experience of in 10 years.  To this day I have not seen him forget a name of a resident.

Avoid like the plague.

Diabolical customer service. I have lived in my flat for 2 months and have never experienced a company to disregard clients quite like Centrick. The lift in the building is broken, which we knew upon moving in, however, we were told that it hadn't been that long and was in the process of being fixed. Once we had actually moved in, we were informed by other tenants that they had been chasing Centrick for over 2 years to get this fixed to no avail. My flat is a top floor flat with 6 flights of stairs to get up so what am I to do if either my partner or I has an injury? Sleep in the car park? We also have a family member who is unable to visit us over the Christmas period due to a change in their health meaning they cannot climb the stairs. We have sent several emails, as have our estate agent and landlord, all of which get ignored.To make matters worse, the 24hr response window granted to emergencies is a complete and utter lie. The wall in our car park (at least a 7ft wall might I add) was reversed into by someone external to the property and as a result, is now dangerously leaning inwards. This resulted in us not being able to use our allocated car parking space due to the risk of the wall falling at any time and damaging our car or, worse, hitting us! Centrick's solution to this was to fence the wall and our car parking space off 2 weeks after we reported the incident but have neglected to actually fix the wall or provide any updates on when this is going to happen, meaning we are now paying for a car parking space that is in our contract but we cannot use or even have access to. Again, all emails from both ourselves and the estate agent get ignored. We have spoken to other tenants in the building to find out they have also had several problems with Centrick ignoring very important issues such as extreme damp and also a case of mold that needed attention! In future, I will be avoiding living in any properties managed by this company and advise that others do the same.

NO WATER supplies for 18 hours+

Centrick is our property maintenance manager. We moved into our property in June 2021. Since then we’ve had several property maintenance issues in particular with no water supply being pumped to the mains, lifts being out of service every other week and entrance locks not work. As I write this review me and other residents within the development have been without water for 18 hours. Centricks issue management processes are poorly designed. They’re not able to provide us with any updates or alternative water supplies. For the last 18 hours we’ve been hearing that they’re trying to find an engineer who can fix this issue. This is an absolutely poor response, especially considering that the service charge is at the higher end.
