Been living at Liberty Place for last three years. I have to say it is the best apartments I have lived in. That is mainly because Saf Hussain manages the complex and is always accessible even for the smallest of problems. Saf is quite experienced and knows how to get things sorted out.

GoogleAs a landlord, this company address a joke. Appalling communication. Mistakes made with rent charging, tardiness chasing tenant and practically zero communication. They offer rent non payment insurance but provide zero information or insight into the claims process. Staff to on leave without handing over duties. All in all a very shoddily run business. Would definitely not recommend them to use for property management.

Cara is super helpful and amazing ! She helped me with the viewings and answered my questions professionally and quickly. She is very friendly and explained to me all the details which I needed to go through the application for the apartment. Also, she makes sure to follow up with any questions that the customer has and she responds back in a timely manner . I really recommend her .

I want to see my service charge account to do this I have to log in to the Centrick portal. To log into the portal it requires a password.I need to send an email to get this. Over the past month I have sent multiple emails with no reply. I have also phoned on numerous occasions who inform me that the only way to get the password is by email. And so we go round in circles. Hopeless company!

Have to say i was very pleased were her speed and understanding for both me as landlord and the tenants parent. lets just hope everyone else follows up with their end of the matter. When I first moved in I received a letter stating i owed money, I paid it straight away. Later I realised it is due by the people before me and requested a refund....I have not heard from the company since, it has now been over a year of emails and phone calls.

Centrick Team is great. These are not just words. I lived for 2.5 years at Equipoint, managed by Centrick Birmingham. I had witnessed few minor, couple of major ones and recurring Lift problems. But Centrick had tried their best to fix those problems ( like recurring Lift problems, which were always escalated with the vendors to fix it at the earliest + some serious anti social behaviour by non residents of Equipoint, which was handled effectively by Centrick). Every Friday Round by Shyleigh Quinlan giving heads up to the residents on status of issues plaguing Equipoint residents and timelines for fixing etc. Any email sent to Shyleigh & Alisha would get promptly replied to reassure you everything is fine or everything will be fine soon. I am a globe trotting SAP Consultant having lived & worked in several countries ( cities) and rented homes. But Centrick Birmingham readily helps their tenants / residents of Equipoint, you can sleep peacefully and live happily at Equipoint, Birmingham.My best wishes for Centrick & their team going forward.I thorally enjoyed my stay at Equipoint Birmingham for 2.5 years with all peace and happiness.Great place, great team.Regards Badri Srinivasan

Marwan is an excellent concierge at the Axium building.He manages a large daily volume of packages for the building effectively. Marwan noticed suspicious behaviour in the basement carpark. Marwan investigated and confronted a person attempting to steal my bike from the bike stands. Because of Marwan's actions the person failed to steal my bike.We really appreciate the incredible work Marwan displays on a daily basis.
