Mollie Squires have been quick in responding to my e-mails and have chased the contractors to fix the electric hob. The repair process took over two weeks, which in my opinion is a bit too long, especially when it relates to standard kitchen appliances. However I can't complain as to Mollie's actions. Thanks!
