Please if anyone is thinking of renting with Centrick think again. They have no respect for tenants, take days to reply to an email and weeks to months to bother fixing any problems.No one shows any sympathy or respect to us, I've rented for 8 years and have never been treated so poorly in my life.

Unacceptable management- left us too long with no lifts and the building a state. Seeing women and children on the stairs is just not okay- especially with service charge fully paid. Where’s our money going?! Needs to be sorted as soon as possible!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Very poor management company our building is falling apart and they refuse to chase people for money to get the repairs done. No lifts for over 3 weeks in a 11 storey building.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Not impressed at all so far. Currently waiting on a management pack from Centrick, which is now delaying my sale. Tried calling again and again, every time the phone call disconnects. We thought we'd gotten away from this type of behaviour with our previous management company, guess we were wrong.
