I am so sick of experiencing poor service from this Housing Management company. They do not care about the every day life's of their tenants. The lifts have been out of action for weeks and there are leaks throughout the building but Centrick are doing NOTHING.

GoogleRemote management, no proactive solutions, ever changing personel and management that want to side step issues. Appears to be company that is in it for themselves and not leaseholders. Charges rise year on year (they have introduced a Centrick sliding scale) without any justification or improvements. If you are thinking of using Centrick or buying a flat that Centrick manage, i would be very cautious.

Yet again no answer from this company when asking if the lift has been fixed. We are losing our tenant because of this. Not looking good for getting someone else in the way things are. Never offer a refund for their incompetence

I contacted and had viewing with Centrick with the help of Cara Morris. She showed me around the apartment and was readily available to answer my emails and phone calls really quickly. She also provided support on completing the relevant details and referencing. Made the process really helpful. Would recommend Centrick to others who are looking for a place to rent.
