Great communication from Kalayah Smith regarding an issue with the lift being out of order in the apartment block. Was refreshing to get prompt and accurate information from a managing agent in this situation, which as a leaseholder you are completely reliant upon them to fix.

Ridiculous service, unable to stand by what they say. Please be careful as this isn't a reliable letting agency from my experience. I wouldn't want to go into naming and shaming publicly but majority of the reviews here are coerced as was mine initially

I am a property owner of a flat within a building managed by centrick. Terrible experience with them from the get go. Leaking roof which I have been told is not their responsibility and I am to fix it myself. Overcharged ground rent of £150. Requested refund on a fortnightly basis since jan 2022 and still waiting.

GooglePlease avoid any Leasehold property managed by Centrick. They are extremely slow at fixing a maintenance problem and not responsive. I have an ongoing water leaks problem in my apartment, the water is leaking from the flats above. It is now 40 days of continuous leakage, am living with damp moulding ceiling and walls, oh! and a big hole in my ceiling.NegativeResponsiveness

Unbelievably rude, I enquired about viewing a property in Ashleigh Rd Solihull, which had just come on the market & bluntly told ( by a man) I could not view but could make an offer, then maybe I could view!!My house is going on the we market & no way would consider using a company the speaks to customers like that
