My solicitor wasn’t having quite the success in obtaining one last outstanding document to enable my sale to go through. However upon me calling Centrick and speaking with Shay in Presales, she was fantastic and helped resolved my issue which allowed for the sale to go through. Excellent communication and very efficient. I’m enormously thankful for her help.

Have been unable to visit family members now for weeks due to their lifts not working, this has caused so much stress to my family especially as my family member has a newborn baby. They pay a monthly service charge and get this rubbish excuse of a service in return.

Would give zero if I canI paid about £3000 per year for the service charge (outside London) but I didn't get any service. No one to clean the dirty lobby floor, no one fixes the broken lift, etc. This company never respond my call or email except by asking about the service charge, which is Tripled since 2018.

This housing management company needs to get its act together. The lifts in the building have been out of action for weeks and they have done nothing to rectify it. Leaks are all the way through the building and causing so much stress and inconvenience yet again they do nothing.

GoogleI can’t stand this property management company. They have been completing works on my street for 6 years. The work is never completed, the staff I’ve dealt with are always rude and don’t have any knowledge of any service they provide. Over charged me twice. Just a horrible company.

On the whole we had a good experience with Centric. All of the people we met were extremely friendly. Our handover experience with Hollie was seamless and extremely well managed. We had to chase on various aspects of the paperwork to ensure completion and some additional information during the process.
