Why the windows are still dirty, Centrick Natalie Byrne? We met on 4 Aug, 2023. Showed your the dirty window. Clean window company came on 30 SEP, 2023. I still found the windows dirty on 3 Oct and told you. We checked again today, it is still dirty.

GoogleCentrick may have heard of the notion of customer service but they appear not to have any truck with it. Their inability even to answer an e-mail query over supporting documentation for an insurance claim is likely to leave me more than five thousand pounds out of pocket.

The estate agency is very hard to get in contact with the lack of communication/ Mis communication is probably the only issue I experienced. The main individual who stood out throughout the move in process was Cara! She helped throughout even during her personal time outside of work. Appreciate her efforts! Overall, took abit of time to get things sorted but in the end everything was done!
