Avoid at all costs! very badly managed and rent-seeking agency which will rip you off. No replies to email. If you are buying or renting a property which is managed by them, please run! It is not worth it!

Although you have not provided your name or address, it appears that your comments relate to the section 20 works to rectify the outdated boilers which have come to the end of usable and reliable life at one of our Birmingham sites. Having relatively recently assumed management on site we are committed to working with third party specialists to advise on the most suitable solution, but as with all necessary works of this scale, we recognise this is both a significant and vital investment for residents.Within the budget letter and supporting FAQ documents which have been sent to all residents and leaseholders there is a fully detailed plan that includes a number of options and payment plans available to support residents and to, wherever possible, minimise the impact that these necessary boiler works will have.We recognise that good communication is key and as the project progresses all residents will receive regular newsletters, updated FAQ’s and be welcomed at both in-person and remote meetings. An updated FAQ and newsletter following the recent residents’ meeting will be issued shortly in addition to the opportunity to book an in-person meeting with your property manager. The speed at which repairs take place is unacceptable. Particularly when it comes to the elevators. However the concierge team are absolutely excellent! I’m only giving 5 stars because of the very friendly and helpful Bernadette rose and Nida Ahmed.

No reply from the management company, cannot reach them at all, called a few times and no one pick up. Our management company recently changed to Centrick which we have no choice. Our service charge have not been collected for a quarter and keep chasing them to collect the service charge. But still no one reply.

I booked a viewing with this agency. I told them that in order to attend, I had to drive ~100miles as I had been residing at another city. They reassured me that I was the first appointment, so there was no way that anybody else would reserve it. Next morning, drove from Manchester down to Birmingham, only to receive a text saying that the apartment was taken.Absolutely disgrace.
