My wife and I have dealt with a series of estate agency before but for sure Centrick Property (Nottingham) has been the most efficient and reliable. We have been viewing a series of properties with them and all of them were well maintained and with a reasonable monthly rent. We have been accompanied in the all procedure by Sophie who was always extremely professional, punctual and kind. Despite the initial fees are slightly higher than others I would recommend Centrick Property (Nottingham).

GoogleDire company. Repairs are not getting done. Emails are left unanswered. Issues with the tenants are not addressed. Lifts are not repaired for a very long time. Fire doors are not checked regularly. Cleaning neglected. Repairs are not done. But the worst is a complete lack of communication. What are they paid for - no idea

GoogleTo begin with, the property seemed fantastic. However once the maintenance issues started it all went downhill from there. Half the time maintenance issues weren't followed up. +10 Issues later and 6 months down the line things started to be done but not quick enough. After expressing my displeasement to them, someone from the management team (Muyiwa Osunkunle) couldn't seem to grasp why I was so angry. I mentioned the amount issues we had and how even though we pay rent, nothing was getting done. He began to start an argument with me and topped it off with the punch line 'what do you expect us to do'. Well Mr Osunkunle, I want you to fix the issues I have reported and make living in 1 Hagley Road a pleasant experience. Months later issues I have reported a while back still have gone unchecked (light fittings) and Centrick has amended the tenancy agreement TWICE as they have changed their minds about including electricity and water in the rent. This was a huge selling point for us renting this flat and after so many issues, we shall not be dealing with them any more. If you wish to rent from Centrick, be warned!!!

Difficult to get hold of.Possible issues with the Lease which solicitors could deal with ,rather than Centrick informing potential buyer ,resulting in a large sum of money being paid by the seller .Not acting in the interest of seller, as their client.

Worst Property Management Agent in the UKI live in a property managed by this Company. So far they have failed to provide accounts for two years, they have failed to maintain and repair the communal areas. Avoid at all costs. I am campaigning to get rid of them. Will be glad to see the back of them when I do.
