Amazing concierge service

A huge thank you to the concierge service that is received at the Orion building, with a special mention to Doyle who is always at hand to help, he does this in a friendly approachable manner and nothing seems to much for him to go out of his way to help, he is a real asset to the company.

Problems

Where to start! Been living at one of their flats for the last few months. Specifically was keen to live in a flat with a private/ gated parking space. However it hasn’t been as private as I’d like. Private/gated parking lot has been occupied by homeless people since the winter months! Not much effort or acknowledgement with regards to this issue, despite continuous emails to Centrick. I came home recently and found HUMAN FECES in my parking space. Looks like the homeless were using my space as a toilet the two days I was away. After emailing Centrick again regarding this, no apologies were made. I can’t imagine much will be done as this issue is now ongoing. They clearly don’t care about their tenants nor their properties. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I needed to get up to date copies of some things. Spoke to Amin Nazir. He was extremely efficient, helpful, followed through, sorted what i needed fast. In addition polite and friendly.This was a welcome change cos in the past (with exeption of Lou Rillie) Centrick has been awful to deal with - emails unanswered for weeks, promises broken. Tho it seems things may be getting better.

Excellent service!

Had a great experience with Cara in Centrick Nottingham. Everything was made simple and easy, and was able to do everything remotely (huge plus for me, since I didn’t live where I was moving to).Picking up the keys was a simple process, and the flat looked exactly as they’d said when I moved.I struggled with communication with Centrick in the intermediary period between signing my tenancy agreement and picking up my keys, but generally I didn’t have anything particularly important to ask anyway.Altogether was a positive experience, and I’m very happy with my new apartment.

I was initially sent a list of costs…

I was initially sent a list of costs including cleaning and damage costs after my check-out, but I was asked to review it. I explained about how I arranged the cleaning before moving out and asked if the damage costs were made by me. After further investigations, the Centrick removed all the costs. I usually sparkle clean my place before moving out. They always accommodated my needs during my tenancy agreement and I am happy renting from them. I recommend this nice team for rent.Hayley was my managing agent and she was always polite and helpful. I appreciate her work.

Wonderful Jupiter 4 Team

Jupiter Phase 4 is managed by a wonderful team. Richard Douzjian has always been accommodating, reassuring and a very dependable Estate Manager. Despite the series of lockdowns and social distancing restrictions, he was always there for us personally making sure everything is working as it should be, issues sorted, always kept us posted, and encourages to bring our community together online. Simon is always around the building working on the day-to-day maintenance, checks and repairs. He is always approachable, diligent and helpful. Justyna is always on the clock making sure our communal areas are continually spick-and-span and smelling lovely. We are blessed to have them working with us and are hopeful they will continue to do so.

Outstanding onsite team

Our onsite Centrick team at Jupiter phase 4 (Richard Douzjian, Simon and Justyna) have been excellent from day 1 and represent a huge improvement on our previous management company.Richard is responsive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable in his role as estate manager. He always listens to feedback given by leaseholders and tenants, and does a superb job of actioning and escalating any issues.Simon and Justyna, our caretaker and cleaner, go above and beyond to ensure that the development is well-maintained and the quality of their work far exceeds that of previous contractors. Having a consistent team of onsite staff has vastly improved the speed at which repairs and improvements get made.The only downside is that the centralized Centrick team, particularly finance, can be slow or unhelpful when responding to queries.

Centrick, professional Property Managers

Centrick is professional Property Managers. During my tenancy period, I was comfortable as they resolve any issues asap. I received a clean flat with all needs and I returned it as I received. Kiran Shokar the property manager was always making sure that everything is fine. Despite one event where I was not satisfied because of miscommunication with other staff. Everything was totally amazing. I have moved to another apartment but the condition in compare with Centrick managed was totally different. I wish there was an option to be with them but I was unlucky to find suitable apartment at the time of my move.

Centrick is our property management…

Centrick is our property management (Broadway Plaza) and the lift is broken for more 2 weeks. I have informed them via emails (including customerservice mail id ) but nothing moved. There is no response from their end. I stay with my dad who is 75 years old and he needs to go for daily walk and physio for his knee problem. But all have been stopped cos of lift issue and this is delaying his recovery and affecting his well-being. I wrote to Centrick many a times but there was no response from their end, while last time on other issue Helen our property manager dealt it with great speed. I called the Centrick support telephone line but no one attended the call, I left voice messages but no one reverted back. I do not know how lift which be one of the integral part of essential services can be unattended for so many days. Sorry but Centrick your services is really awful, pathetic and unreliable.

15 months after I sold the property Centrick manage. I'm still receiving bills and emails from them for work done to the property after I moved away. Not only is this an attempt to receive money by deception but always brings into question GDPR and privacy laws. Avoid Centrick at all costs.

We visited our property again at the weekend. Rubbish bags left everywhere, entrance filthy, stair cover missing, hand rail broken. Fire regs poster still not fixed to the wall. Bins left outside all day, which means anyone can access our building via the open gates . Emailed customer service no reply again.

Amazing customer service by the team at Centrick and Lara White!

I wanted to renew my tenancy agreement but me being the only tenant. There were a few complications so I had to get a guarantor and the company who were processing the guarantor’s checks had rejected it a couple of times. I raised this with my tenancy manager Lara White as the guarantor’s income was sufficient to be my guarantor. Lara kindly looked into this situation and made sure it was raised to a manager and ensured that the documents were reviewed so the application could be processed. I know that Lara chased this continuously as I was quite keen to get the renewal done as soon as possible. All I can say is that Lara White has been amazingly patient, she provided great assistance to me through this procedure and I received great customer service. I really would like to thank her for her time and patience during this process.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYHaving rented since 2004, I have never experienced such a poor customer service and such deceit. We moved in to only be given 1 key and there was already a water leak. Despite being told the flat had “ventilation” the windows didn’t open and there was no fresh air. Centrick took all our deposit, despite the flat being impeccably clean. They charged £329 and provided only evidence of small marks which is fair wear and tear. Charged £9.60 for a lightbulb that was working! This company will not respond to your complaints and won’t care if you are happy or not. They will take your money and leave you high and dry. The building we rented in is not fit for humans to live in. There is no ventilation, unsafe corridors with poor security, floods, air bnbs rented next door to you meaning you can’t sleep at weekends and if you complain, they do not care, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY., - in response to CentrickI have already expressed my unhappiness to Centrick. I was advised that my feedback mattered and it would be looked into but nobody has looked into my complaint or got back to me so I have concluded that Centrick do not care.
