Terrible customer service. Been waiting over a month for my deposit back after getting the checking out report (which came back fine) keep getting told it’s the landlords fault. Will be seeking legal advice and charging them the deposit, legal fees and their standard late payment fees as detailed on there account if I was to have paid my rent late (which I never did)

I want to let you know that I am complaining to you because you are careless. my husband called for a house yesterday and you were going to call us back, you didn't do that. today when he came back to you with a phone call, you tell us that there are no more places to see the house. I do not recommend.

GoogleBE CAREFUL of Burchell Edwards estate agents on Coventry Road. No professionalism reflected in their customer service. they just mislead buyers and once everything mortgage etc is in place they demand higher price then offer accepted in first place. they should be reported to trading standards for there wrong doings and misleading vendors and potential buyers. So be careful unless you have time band money to waste dealing with them.

GoogleI’d be very careful using these guys. They try to bully you into getting a mortgage through them otherwise you won’t get a viewing or call back. (To name and shame it’s a guy called Stephan). The mortgage advisor (Graham) was sound and understanding. Don’t let these guys rip you off

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an absolutely horrible experience.... as a purchaser. I was made to feel like my requests were outrageous, despite following the recommendations of Bridgefords surveyor. I was told that I was disgusting and shouted at.. avoid Sale at all costs, it's just not worth the abuse. There are plenty of professional estate agents.

Really unprofessional and sloppy! I've wasted part of my life in writing emails, repair reports, and complaints...all to little or no avail. At the end of my tenancy, as a goodbye present, I was denied my deposit without any valid reason. I only managed to get it back through adjudication. If I ever deal with this company again, it will be too soon.

Poor customer service , waste of time don't book any valuation with them they don't send professional agents to view your property and you need to chase them several time to get the valuation report. Rude agents on the phone. I am glad i haven't used them for any buying/selling service.

I vacated my property 8 months ago and is still waiting for my deposit. After I vacated the property I kept calling and emailing them several times and they replied to me after 3 months. They have not even paid the refund of my rent which is around 150£. Horrible people

We've been using their management services for 5 years but the last 2 years have been a disaster.Their forced Landlord regulations fees is just a farce to extract money from landlords and their inability to deal with matters is just laughable.
