GoogleVery unprofessional. Dont aswer calls, respond to messages or emails and then have the audacity to blame you for their incompetence. They caused me so much stress and I lost out on the property that I wanted to purchase. Claim to have evidence of trying to call me but I am yet to see any such evidence. Also my number and email only works for them when it suits them to.Blatant liars and just overall very dissapointing experience avoid at all costs. Would like to give minus stars if i could.

GoogleUse this company at your own peril. Their service is shambolic and when complaints were made there was a shrug of the shoulders and a protestatiion of innocence. I cant put down everything that was wrong as space here doesnt allow but they selected the tenant who I briefly met at the end of the tenancy who was drunk in the middke of the day and had the apoearance of a tramp. He also changed the locks during the tenancy and we brought to their attention they did nothing about it. They basically hide behind their terms and conditions and the management serfvice is a joke. They visited the property once in a year and that was when they wanted to put itbon the market for sale. It was in a bad state then and they said nothing about it. Dreadful

GoogleWould not recommend this company. Customer service great until you sign up and then it’s downhill from there. Don’t take on their recommendation of using Talbots solicitors either. Their customer service is even worse! They can’t take simple instructions and contact the wrong people.

GoogleI want to point out before this bad review that Emily off lettings has always been polite and professional, but the 2 young lads I've delt with are the ones that always seem to be very unprofessional, I've delt with Thomas and another young lad from Lettings team but I can't remember his name. I am currently looking to rent and have called this store multiple times regarding all different properties I have seen become available, they have lost my details twice when I've been told both times they added them onto the system. I get some DSS as I'm a part time working single mom and everytime I mention that to them on the phone they seem less interested in what I have to say! I finally went to view a property and loved it and put an application in straight away and was told I was 1st to put an application in, I understand they can't control who the landlord/lady goes for but I didn't even get a call back to say it had gone, I found out myself on the internet 2 days later!! I'm so shocked at how unprofessional they are as I would've expected them as one of the "Top dogs" of estate agents to be on the ball and extremely professional but I've found them the absolute worst to deal with and it's made me very angry and upset!! I will not be going with them in the future and it has also put my family off going with them in future for buying or renting!NegativeProfessionalism
