GoogleWhen I started to look for a property to buy, I have met many estate agents, but the only ones that went above and beyond to help me with viewings and financial advice were the 9nes from Burchell Edwards. The journey to find the right property is never easy but is more pleasent with the wright people by your side. 5 stars are not enough to thank them for their support.

GoogleExcellent service from Emily & Tom, they have been very helpful to me and my Mother as first time landlords and have explained everything and kept us fully informed at all stages of the process. They have been available on the phone to answer any queries. We would highly recommend them if you are looking to let a property, they have made our experience very easy and stress free! :)

GoogleI had spoken to quite a few estate agents, and Rosina who works in this branch was so helpful, she had booked myself for a viewing, the queries I had she answered them politely and made the application straight forward and easy. Later on Emily who is the manager was dealing with all the paperwork, she was also very kind and helped me through the process, within a few days everything was done. I'm greatful to these member of the team who have made it easy for me, they put their time and effort in what they do. In future I will definitely be coming back. thank you for a lovely quick experience.

GoogleSpoke to a girl called Saffron very unprofessional poorly spoken didnt want to book me in for a viewing i have AIP i have been in and confirmed with another branch that my AIP is perfect already qualified but because i didnt go see her i couldnt view the property. Very poor service will not be recommending castle brom branch to anyone. However my wife has spoken to Emma in the past and had a great personal experience.

Emily was always ready to communicate and reassure me on many questions i had and put my mind at ease by chasing whoever to get to the facts, updates and clarifications to help set up a successful tenancy. GoogleFirst time letting a property. Both Emily and Katie helped with the process. Katie explained the process fully in the initial meetings, putting my mind at ease. Emily kept me updated in regards to viewings and finding a tenant. She answered emails and returned calls promptly. I didn't have to wait long for her to find me tenants. Highly recommend!

GoogleMy friend have used their services and he had really bad experienced & worst customer service on all front. He used Burchell Edwards Estate Agent to sell his property and experienced an absolute shocking service which resulted in wasting 10 months, money, no sale, stress and frustration. They truly deserve Zero star but unfortunately there isn't an option to give zero star.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have been collaborating with Burchell Edwards to efficiently handle the rental of my home for nearly a year, and I must say they have been exceptionally supportive. In particular, Emily, with whom I have closely worked, has been an absolute delight. While I appreciate their professionalism and prompt service, I would like to suggest some improvements in terms of conducting more thorough checks on the house management aspect during the tenants stay, considering that I am not physically present in the area where my home is located. Nonetheless, I have complete confidence in Emily and the rest of the Burchell Edwards team, including Eliza, despite having had less interaction with her. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Emily and the entire Burchell Edwards team for their dedication and assistance.
