GoogleI had an extremely bad experience with Emily Hogg from start to finish. She was immensely rude and unprofessional. The whole experience was made uncomfortable and unpleasant by her snide comments and rude remarks. I can see many other bed reviews just on her and am wondering why they are not dealing with this issue. It is not ok to treat people so disrespectfully. I spoke to her manager who also dismissed me. When I told him she cut the phone off on me he said that they are having an issue with the phones which I know is simply not true. She didn’t read my forms properly in the first place and then was getting angry at me about it. There was also errors on my tenancy agreement. GoogleOne of my friend have used their services and it has been a very stressful journey with them. The idea was to get the mortgage and other stuff sorted out within the time frame of the Stamp duty holiday period and have had enough time to completed within the deadline. Even after chasing up solicitors provided by them for over 4 months and passing the date for the stamp duty holiday duration they still didn't get the completion so far.

I was given all the information I required and booked me in for a valuation. After this, I was given time reflect the valuation and was never pressured into putting my house on the market. Kelly, was there from the beginning untill the very end and never stopped keeping me informed. Thank you to all the team at the branch as they all work together and go the extra mile to help. Very professional, but understanding your requirements at the same time. I was complimented on my house and was told it would sell quickly in which it did. Thanks again to Kelly Baynes.
