Mitch Turner the Branch Manager was very impressive. My elderly mum was selling her home and had experienced problems with her sale which was with a different agent. Mitch responded promptly, visited her home and explained her options. He provided professional and impartial advice and support. Other team members in the office were polite and responsive on the phone and all interactions with them were very efficient. I would recommend Mitch and his team.

Very Bad Experience I was selected the property 14 leburn Road on first day Jessica came to the property for viewings and I was giving my all details like my credit history and Jessica was start the procedure after 3 days Emily was enter in this matter and call me and I found her very rude behavior even next day I went to burchell edwards hurst lane that time Emily said Jessica and nikita are new in the business they are uneducated regarding letting i was said to her that is not my problem your staff full trained yes or not again I found her in office very bad behavior and Emily was said to me if there any shortfall in required income I will cover from deposit I said OK I can arrange deposit but next day Jessica was call me we are sorry about referencing not complete when i want more talk about my referencing Jessica hang my phone even my accountant was done everything my wife employer also confirmed about job contract Emily was call me I can refund your whole money why because they are doing wrong with me and waste my whole week. Which Jessica who are talking very nice from day first when Emily involved in this matter everybody changed in bad behaviour. I requested to all innocent peoples be careful about burchell edwards hurst lane branch staff specially Emily. This is my whole very bad 👎 experience

As a landlord I found the staff to rude and condescending or clueless at best, and when I decided to leave I had to give 6 months notice even though I was leaving because of their poor attitude. Still even though I have left them they are asking to renew a tenancy ? As other reviews have already said Emily Hogg is very rude and unprofessional, sadly because she is the only one who knows what she is doing.

Burchell Edwards, Castle Bromwich are by far the best estate agents I have had contact with and I am truly grateful for the service received from the warm, friendly and helpful staff.
