GoogleThe hidden fees are outrageous. Please read the legal pack carefully or get a solicitor to double check everything with you. Don't get stung by these guys, they're sneaky and are pros at what they do and what they do is scam innocent people trying to get on the housing market.
We total dispute your allegations and can assure everyone that we pride ourselves on offering an honest and reliable service to all our clients. There can often be costs associated with an auction purchase (as is the case for most auctioneers across the Country) and these are added to the legal pack by the vendor’s solicitor (we do not prepare the legal packs ourselves). We advise all interested parties to read the legal pack prior to bidding so they are aware of any associated costs and can take these into account when deciding what price to pay for a property. We offer advice about buying at auction, reading the legal packs and associated costs in our buying guides (available at our viewings), on our website (in the FAQs, buying at auction guide and bidding pages), in our email alerts, social media, on the email confirmation you receive when you register to bid and our auctioneer even announces it prior to the auction. This is in no way sneaky and I am not sure what more you expect us to do - we are certainly not scamming innocent people! I’ve known and worked with many of the team for over a decade and they are the best auction team in the midlands by some distance. Keep doing what you are doing and ignore the hate.

GoogleKeep far away - this auction should be banned from operating in the UK. The Auction fees and hidden charges in the legal packs are a shame & disgrace. Most of their good reviews are from sellers but as a buyer keep far away - you have been warned.

GoogleMost of the reviews are by reviewers who have only left 1 review ever make up your mind on this but in my experience this is fake reviews. Communication was very poor emails not answerd not updated when I place a proxy bid wouldn't recommend and personally not for me. Bad wolfe

GoogleTelephone service is RIDICULOUS!!! When it got to the property I wanted to bid for the guy didn’t call and when I called to enquire why, the guy said he couldn’t connect with my phone, which can’t be because my sister had just called me 5 minutes before and my phone was definitely on. A second number was given and the guy didn’t bother to call the alternative number, so I didn’t even get to bid. TERRIBLE! I’m absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied.

GoogleFirst and foremost, I never leave a review, however I have to make an exception for Bond Wolfe Auctions as they deserve recognition for their great work. My company has been a client of BWA since 2020. Being a property investor from London the team really do make it easy for me. I have been buying and selling property for almost 10 years. I deal with Jonathan Hackett for my auction appraisals who provides down to earth and honest advice. Unlike other estate agents / auction houses he turns up on time and is never late for an appointment. Furthermore, his knowledge on what your house could achieve on the day is also accurate. Please note that estate agents and other auction houses I have gone to in the past give unrealistic and let’s say completely off the scale figures just to win the business. For the day to day running and updates on my entered LOT(s) Perm and Lily are always on hand and are a pleasure to deal with. Both are very professional and call back instantly if I cannot reach them. I fully appreciate BWA adapted to Covid-19 quickly as the marketing of the property is without doubt one of the best as you have a virtual tour of the property available for any prospective buyer. Most estate agents and even other auction houses use a mobile phone and upload the video (rubbish quality) to YouTube. Bond Wolfe Auctions really are miles ahead of any of the competition. I would not hesitate if you have a property to sell to choose BWA. The service, marketing and results will not be beaten.

GoogleStay away from here, they change the auction pack after sale. To add in an £8000 buyers premium. Also when called before the auction to check for other fees. They will say there is only £6440 payment. Of which £5000 is a deposit. There will be no other fees or charges to pay this is a lie. All their properties have buyers premium. Which they hide before the sale. Then you get slammed with a huge bill. Just before completion. Stay away!! Go to SDL or another reputable Honest auction.

GoogleBe extremely cautious when making online purchases. The auctioneer may place bids on the property even if no one else is bidding. Additionally, most of the properties listed there are from dealers. While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, dealers are adept at concealing the real issues in the property.

GoogleThis company offers no leniency when it comes to transactions over the holiday period they are absolutely ruthless. We won a property and due to the holiday period with offices closed could not finalise our finances in time, they didn't allow us to get our finances sorted and took our 10K deposit without hesitation. In addition to this their guide prices are completely misleading and need to be investigated. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
