GoogleA Highly professional company offering a high level of expertise. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Bond Wolfe Auctions. The auctioneer also offers his own brilliant unique style, which is well worth going to see, even if your not planning to purchase a property.

GoogleGood cusomer service hence an extra star. However, sadly massive fees added, although in legal pack added eventually. Not malicious, this is a fact and that is what reviews are for. Maybe some of the 5 star reviews are fake!

GoogleThey have the right idea just dont have the method to execute it. To busy trying to be the best and biggest on paper than actually build a business that will last.
Customer Service is none exsistent
Naseem · 3 June 2020
Agent replied · 3 June 2023
Dear Naseem
Our 27th February auction was extremely busy and we apologise if you were held up in the queue to enter the venue. It is impossible to predict how many people will turn up at each auction and everyone was able to enter the room as soon as the congestion eased and it was safe to do so.
We have a very loyal and dedicated team who work hard to offer an excellent service to all our clients. If you would like to elaborate further on your concerns we would be happy to address them for you.
Kind regards,
Bond Wolfe Auctions

GoogleAlways read their legal pack as this is the only auctioneer in the country who’s every legal pack has extortionate amount of additional charges. The low guide price is just to attract more problem and entrap them

GoogleBEWARE OF LOOSING YOUR MONEY . No transparency from the auction house . They add a hidden £7000 in the special terms and conditions as (Buyers Premium) a so called 28k property run down propertyended up paying £36k after their hidden auction fees came to £7999 or you risk loosing your £6440 if you dnt pay the premium.
