GoogleBuyers be careful with this auctioneer!! ALOT of fake/dummy bidding goes on here by the sellers themselves trying to bump up the price. These very same houses are brought from traditional estate agents at much higher prices deliberately guided lower then purchase price.

We are sorry to receive your 1 star review. The guide price for each property is an indication of the reserve price, being the minimum price the property can sell for. The reserve price is always set within a bracket guide price or +10% of a single figure guide price. Our extensive marketing campaign can generate significant interest in a property. This can create competitive bidding, with the property selling for in excess of the guide price and being the maximum price someone is prepared to pay for it on the auction day. The best advice we can offer is to come to the auction knowing how much you want to pay for the property and sticking to that budget.
