GoogleSham of an auction. £10,000 fees hidden in contracts!! Ridiculous guides and illegal reserves. Lot 83 113 Hilton St guided at £50k unsold at £74k, all guides must be reserved no more than 10% of the reserve. I shall be talking to trading standards after todays ridiculous auction! The sellers details have been omitted from the auction packs including the prices paid. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
Dear Liam The reserve price for each property is discussed with the seller with the guide prices being set within +10%. However, in some cases vendors can decide to increase their guide. The guide price for Lot 83, 113 Hilton Street was increased to £78,000+ prior to auction. This was advertised on our website, on Rightmove and detailed on the addendum (revisions 8 & 9) and these were available on our website, sent out with the catalogues in the post to new enquiries, at the auction, emailed to our extensive database the evening before the auction and it was also announced by the auctioneer prior to the lot being offered. The property was unsold at the auction but has since been sold post auction. Our extensive marketing campaign can generate significant interest in a property. This can create competitive bidding, with the property selling for the maximum price someone is prepared to pay for it on the auction day. The details that have been omitted from the legal pack were removed so by the seller’s Solicitors prior to the pack being provided to us. This is so the legal packs can be available on our website, in our offices and at the auction prior to anyone bidding on the property whilst also being GDPR compliant. As far as the costs are concerned, these are not ‘hidden’ in the contract. We recommend that ALL potential purchasers read the contract prior to bidding in order that they are fully aware of what they are buying and any additional fees. The lots on our website, newspaper advertising and social media are advertised as plus fees. There is also a disclaimer on our website, newspaper advertising and Rightmove regarding additional costs. We recommend to all callers that they read the legal pack to make themselves aware of any additional costs. We have adverts in our catalogue and on the TV screens at the auction regarding additional costs and the FAQs on our website and in the auction catalogues have advice about additional costs. GoogleGuide price are false and designed to lure people in expect to add another £12,000 on fees on top of the purchase price my advice do your research get the contracts checked and if you can avoid Update barred from viewing their legal packs they will give some story I am sure beware beware beware!!!
You seem to keep posting negative reviews, deleting them, and reposting again. We also presume you are associated with Amina Osman who posted a review at the same time. If you would like to discuss your concerns we would be more than happy to do so in order that we can all move forward. We total dispute your allegations and can assure everyone that we pride ourselves on offering an honest and reliable service to all our clients. Our guide prices are a true reflection of the reserve price, being the minimum price a property can sell for on the auction day. The reserve price is ALWAYS within 10% of the guide price and it can therefore sell at any price above that figure. There can often be costs associated with an auction purchase and these are added to the legal pack by the vendor’s solicitor (we do not prepare the legal packs ourselves). We advise all interested parties to read the legal pack prior to bidding so they are aware of any associated costs and can take these into account when deciding what price to pay for a property. We offer advice about buying at auction, reading the legal packs and associated costs in our buying guides (available at our viewings), on our website, in our email alerts, social media and our auctioneer even announces it prior to the auction. As far as being barred from reading the legal pack, we only have a few people we have ever blocked from our legal pack system and that was because they were aggressive and hostile to our staff, and in the best interest of our staff, we took the decision to cease all dealings with that individual. If you feel you have been wrongly barred then we would be happy to investigate.

GoogleI registered to bid which is a process itself and a month later you must do it again. For a company that boasts about monthly record sales numbers why can’t they spend a few hundred just to add a login feature to record all these details. When I call them they state we will do it soon but it’s been over a year and still same daunting process of registering every month. I’ve stopped using these lot as they only care about their profits...! If IAMSOLD LTD, can do it so can you..!

GoogleAm very disappointed that such company (bond wolfe) supports fraudulent saller. They allow fake sellers to sale non existing property and get away with it. We won property (65 Buchanan road DN21 5XT) and the seller was 007 Properties limited and the seller rescinded on the last day, and took our 5k deposit and no where to be seen. Now we searching for Mr 007 properties limited and real name Neil Alan as stated in company house. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. 5star is fake. Stay away

GooglePersonally speaking, I was put off a few months ago after reading a number of their legal packs for each property. The fact that additional amounts are written in such a way that it is easy to overlook. This totally deterred me as I took a loan on my house especially to purchase another property. It's absolutely scary that if it's your first time purchasing a property through auction that they can destroy your confidence, and actually destroy your life as some people do use some of their life savings to try & get on the property ladder or to earn by purchasing an investment property. I have given them 3 stars as yet, because I am still considering to purchasing through them, but need to a lot clarifying about some these of bad reviews for hidden costs, bids ending up higher after hammer price, people getting stung trying to get refunds, legal packs changing with extra costs after auction finish. I still have this gut feeling that the management cannot be this sinister, & I am ready to take a dive to start bidding in their next auction, but I will need to speak with them extensively before I commit myself. If for any reason I experience what other dissatisfied buyers have, then I am afraid I will have to come back here immediately to give a bad review, and possibly report to trading standards.

We do not prepare the legal packs, and these charges are not associated with ourselves. Buying at auction is open and transparent, the legal packs are available for you to read prior to bidding at auction and to obtain legal advice as part of your pre-auction due diligence. GoogleWhen I looked around the houses I was greeted well by the young man showing everyone around. I got home and scrolled through the legal pack and found a number of hidden costs which were tucked away (I assume on purpose). These are hidden to catch vulnerable buyers out. It's immoral and disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid.
