The worst agency you could ever pick! We rented an apartment with them on February 2019. We had to contact the landlord to communicate any issues and find resolutions as they would never, ever be professional and help us, as tenants! They even left us without a fridge for 3 WEEKS to only find out they hadn’t even ordered one for replacement and we had to contact the landlord to resolve it! Absolutely disrespectful and with attitude every time we called them (2-3 times per year)! Also, now they do NOT release our deposit which as per the contract we meant to have back 10 working days after moving out (moved out on the 13th of October). They are untrustworthy, unprofessional, disrespectful, always with attitude and in general garbage! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

I agree with these letting agents, I have been living in a property since last 2 years and finally purchased a property and trying to move in because I was in rolling contract and I have informed them on Oct 7th where I will vacate on Nov 15. They say my contract is from 3rd of every month. And asking me to pay to Dec 3rd.Ridiculous people. During the whole of pandamic I received no supported. Worst people ever. Almost tried to scam me and keep my deposit after not getting a dirty, mould infested flat cleaned. Not sure where they employ their staff from, but delboy would be proud. Paris Winfield, Shayan Roosta, Natalia Lis, Nick Kirby, seem all in competition to be the most dishonest incompetent scammer. They all deserve recognition. Kept sending me bills for rent for months, though I never moved in. Lost count of their deceptions and incompetence.

Absolutely disgusting letting agency! The owner of the Tynedale Hexham franchise John Redden canceled or more fittingly stole our viewing slot and give it to "someone else from our file"! When I telephoned to complain the owners attitude on the telephone was appaling, argumentative and at times offensive. When I challanged that this was wrong & unfair I was rudely told he "didn't have to please anyone, only his landlords!" This man is the single worst person I have ever spoken to on the telephone and to underhandedly rob myself, girlfriend and 4 children of a viewing which was arranged days earlier I am lost for words. This agency operste unfairly and clearly have certain people in mind for there properties. They have a very poor review score online and deservedly so. I will never ever again look at or view a Belview property and if you are reading this review I strongly advise against giving this terrible company your time or effort.

Would be 0 if I could. Viewed property during lockdown was group viewing 9groups in a flat. (Wolverhampton branch) was like covid wasn't going on. Offered to place holding n wanted to apply was told to get application no holding its landlords choice so went out to ring and the man had already said it was gone. Not fair when was a group some people had no chance. Told one thing ment another. Rung to complain and know where went wrong and the man put the phone down wasn't interested. Very rude and bad customer service.

Appalling experience, I am happy that it did happen before renting. A viewing was arranged with someone with Gmail account, I went to see the flat and waited for 20 minutes, no call no apologies nothing. I called the agent and after 5 attempts I managed to speak with a guys called Huseyin Nasif who said there was another appointment and he could only reschedule the viewing for next week. I wonder why the property is available since October.

Finally got to make an offer and had to chase for an update several times. I got a voicemail from Sue asking me to ring back. I did so and asked for Sue. They asked for my name and put me on hold. After 30 secs, they came back on line and asked for my name and the reason for the call. (!? Sue asked ME to ring back). After Sue had the decency to come to the phone, she said the property I enquired about is unsuitable for my purpose. She was rude and wasted my time. I would give zero stars if I could (for the branch in Dudley).I'm a prospective tenant and tried over several weeks to contact them (prior to covid). They never answered and when they did they were unhelpful. I booked one viewing and they sent me the incorrect address and hence showed me the wrong flat. Second viewing they didn't show up and called the current tenant to show us round ...most unprofessional company ever! They kept us hanging on for over 2 hours saying they'll be there in "10 minutes" and in the end stopped answering their calls. You can't even make this stuff up.

I paid a weeks holding fee for a property with them for them then to say I hadn’t been accepted due to a bad reference off my old landlord who I then myself contacted (my current agents and asked them about the reference as all rent etc was now paid up to date before looking for a new property my current agents agreed and said they don’t understand who sent the bad reference and would look into it ) I had already explained the issue with with rent a one month half late payment due to personal circumstances which was now paid UP TO DATE I also showed them proof off this, they also had the audacity to call me a liar over a ccj if I know of a ccj I would have declared this however I only got the letter after applying for the property, now all this is fine they have rights to not accept me on these terms HOWEVER the fact they had no intention of contacting me to tell me this I had to ring them several times to find out what was happening with my application then on top of this refused to pay me back the holding fee that I had paid and I quote “ on the bases they had done applications and took the property off the market and it was a waste of there time” this isn’t valid for keeping someone’s holding fee for the property! Money should be taken when accepted for the property rude staff who don’t keep you informed and scam you out of your money avoid like the plague

The moving-in inventory they did was basic and deceitful but the moving out one was thorough as they expected me to make their old house a sparkling new one. The inventory was done in my absence and CHRIS THE INVENTORY GUY WROTE A FALSE REPORT AND PUT DEBRIS EVERYWHERE IN THE HOUSE TO BACK UP HIS CLAIM!!!(the house was cleaned in and out by two people before the inventory)how can a house that was wiped in and out appear to be dusty all through as claimed in the report? WHAT A LEVEL OF DISHONESTY!!! the house was a mouldy apartment and was covered with paint so after 3 months the mould started coming out..at least every 4 days the moulds would appear after cleaning and i had to trigger my break out clause. Terrible service, over promised and under delivered at the Cardiff branch. Rob comes round very unassuming and signs you up and then no one looks after your property, there’s no way the checks were done on my house when I was letting it and I came back to torn carpets, broken bannisters, mould and black tape (?) all over the bathroom and a load of renter’s additional mould covered furniture. They take your money and do not complete the service they offer. Do not use them to rent your property.

Very bad customer services and very bad property mold human poo on the stairs drug addicts and homeless people sleeping in the building needles and rubbish in the car park and fire escape no access to utility room for electricity meter the try and charge you if you want to get a reading cause I never paid them £175 to renew my tenancy agreement they put charges on everything they could then they hit me with charges like £65 to clean an oven £165 to paint 4 walls then £25 to clean the shower plus £50.80 vat then on top of that check out fee £90 so £394 to move out a property I could go on wish I could add pictures to this review cause go pictures of the lot
