GoogleI would like to commend both Paul and Sam for their ongoing support over the last 6 months with helping facilitate and organise my storage requirements. It has not been easy for me but they have made it very easy with the process. I would highly recommend using their facilities at Birmingham as you can walk away with a piece of mind and feel the service and the facilities will keep your mind at ease. Thank you again.

GoogleI would strongly suggest that you avoid using Big Yellow. My experience has been poor both from a customer service perspective and also a trust perspective. After signing up for a long term facility, having used the service for the past 8 months, I am then told in writing that the cost is going up, and it goes up by around 25%. Not good business practice and its deceitful from a sales perspective to be told that this is the price you will be paying and after such a short time, for the price to be significantly increased. I was not in a discount period, or offer timescale - this is a general increase. I would strongly urge any potential customers to use an alternative business in Birmingham and there are many which offer far better prices.

GoogleAn excellent help from the receptionist staffs when moving out stuffs from the storage. They found me transportation to bring my stuffs which are extremely helpful as I came from overseas with no UK phone number. 👍👍👍 …

GoogleExcellent facilities and helpful staff. Only 4 stars as the prices are extortionate and you shouldn't have to pay extra for 24 hour access when they're not providing additional staff for you to do this. I do like however that you have to purchase insurance (although annoying making an inventory for a house move) and that the storage rooms are alarmed. You can also purchase locks which are great, and cardboard boxes (which are expensive).

GoogleGot a call today from Big Yellow Storage, I was at work and the staff member demanded to know how much my competitor quote was. When I explained I didn't have it to hand the staff member was rude and put the phone down on me. Even if they were cheaper I wouldn't use them based on this experience.

YellUsed over 3 years, great service & space.
I've used BY Birmingham for business storage for over 3 years, consistently great service from all the team. I especially appreciate them stepping up and finding me additional space at almost no notice when almost completely full before Xmas. Not the cheapest, but a great facility with fork lift & artic access, matched by professional service. Paul bought us in, but everyone has been super helpful. Thank you.

GoogleI checked in with Chris and it was so simply and quick. We went through all the paperwork and he explained everything very clearly. The instructions when entering and leaving the building were very straight forward. If you are looking storage I would definitely recommend Big Yellow Storage.
