Whilst I didn't use them to sell my property, my experience with Dee Lake has been nothing but positive. As someone who was in the market to buy, she' was the only person who was actively contacting me to make me aware of properties suitable for me. I know all Estate Agents tell you they do this, but believe me many don't. I contacted several estate agents in Beeston and asked several questions to find out information and help me make a final decision. I went with Bairstow Eves Beeston due to Mellissa and Abby's pragmatic approach and great customer service. I was happy with their responses and processes in place. Never reply to emails. Assigned person for my property never responds or changes frequently. They have full management of the property and are very happy to get the money from me, but I have to contact them multiple times to do their job, and still they don't respond.

We met Mellissa at a house viewing for a rental we ended up not getting. She managed to then get us into another viewing for a house that we liked but was initially full (a lucky-for-us cancellation) and helped us transfer our application across and sort all the forms so we didn't have to fill in everything again. We ended up getting the house, and Mellissa was really patient with all my anxieties and questions as we are new to the UK and to renting here. In these Covid times, selling a property is by no means a straight forward process.Mine was a rollercoaster journey,but the Assistant Branch Manager,Dee Lake,who dealt with my sale,was always professional,and very understanding.While i was pulling my hair out,she remained calm,and did her upmost to resolve any problems that arose. My friend and I had a great experience of renting our first home through Bairstow Eves, Beeston. We had the pleasure of working primarily with Mellissa Carrington, who was prompt, efficient, and respectful of our needs to move in quickly. For instance, Mellissa went above and beyond to allow us to view the property within 24hrs of it being listed on the market. An issue cropped up throughout the preparation process which could have been a massive issue and would have delayed our move-in day, but Mellissa saved us and, again, went above and beyond to make sure that our moving and referencing process was as smooth as it could be.
