They were wonderful . From the viewing of the property to the exchange of the keys and beyond. Everyone made me feel in safe hands and were fast to answer any queries. The whole team were there helped me through every stage of the process and made a situation that can be stressful, feel calm and relaxed abd professional. It was a great experience for a tenant who first time dealing with the rental issues in the U.K. Ms. Paige and Ms. Abbie were in charged of the whole process, I would like to thanks for their kindly help for all circumstances. From the time of viewing property till the contract was published, it was all smooth and I was be informed the updated status by time to time. As a tenant or consumer, their handling really helped for reducing my nervousness on this deal. I phoned Bairstow Eves to arrange a viewing, and Spoke to Luke Sandford. I was immediately impressed by his friendly and professional manner. He was informative & knowledgeable about the empty property, took time to discuss options, suggested a second house that he felt it was worth me seeing and arranged to meet for the viewings. He was keen to understand what type of property would fit my requirements best. We viewed the first property which required too much work for me to undertake, Luke had a good understanding of the structural red flags and costs that were likely. The second viewing had been cancelled by the vendor, but Luke suggested an alternative empty property so see immediately. This is a good proposition and I will be making an offer. Luke is friendly, and easy to talk to, he displayed excellent customer service and I felt he went above and beyond to really understand my requirements, with a genuine keenness to find the right house for me.
