I had the best experience with Bairstow Eves, especially Paige Burgess. She was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She explained everything in such a simple and easy way, even when I didn’t understand things at first. She always took the time to make sure I fully understood before moving on. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience so much less stressful. Thank you so much, Paige, for all your help, I truly appreciate it!

EDITED LATER: Yes I made the nice review earlier. They begged it so I did. Now over a year later of dealing with them I regret it so am updating. Don't be fooled by the smooth sales staff because the actual support for tenants is TERRIBLE and other staff are rude, horrible liars. DO NOT RENT from this organisation! Our landlord was awful and they did not care. The property we rented had rising damp throughout within a year. Bairstow Eves staff came out and took photos are now denying and can't find the evidence. They dragged out mediation without mediating then lied about the dates by which we could reclaim our deposit to try to time us out of a claim. Luckily I had it all in writing so I do have an open claim. As it stands I am £1k out of pocket on my depost for a house I left in February (it is July!!) I am awaiting adjudication from mydeposits and confident I will win. Bairstow Eves were awful, useless liars. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT RENT from them. If you're a dodgy landlord with a mouldy property, however, I am sure they will welcome you with open arms and make you lots of money!! EARLIER REVIEW: (Take no notice, it's not the sales support that matters but how they treat the tenants. Once they have sold you and got a contract you will not be supported at all!!!) We were looking for a rental property with specific requirements on a tight timescale. We dealt with several estate agents but Bairstow Eves were the best by a clear mile and the main reason was the customer service from Paige. From the initial call she was very friendly and totally professional and made it clear she would do everything she could to help us in our search. More importantly she followed through on everything she said, calling to update us regularly and working late evenings and weekends to make sure we could view a property we liked more than once. When we settled on a property she made sure everything moved quickly and pushed to ensure everything was ready exactly as we wanted when we wanted. Other estate agents we dealt with just didn't seem to care, but it really felt like Paige wanted to help us to get the home we needed. THANK YOU Paige and I will definitely be straight back to Bairstow Eves for our next rental or purchase. DEFINITELY NOT! NEVER AGAIN

Bairstow Eves Beeston are incredible. On Tuesday I called them rather anxious and worried about the prospect of having to find a new rented home. Abbie & Paige were beyond kind to me, they listened, reassured and made me feel that finding a rental property isn't so stressful. 48 hours later I now a new proud Tennant of a lovely home. I cant thank Abbie & Paige enough. Bairstow Eves you should be proud to have two such lovely, friendly ladies working for you, they are credit to you. Dee was excellent at beeston branch of Bairstow Eves. She was professional and helpful and very good at her job. She eased the pain of selling a house and we felt the pressure of the whole experience be lifted with Dee at the helm.
