GoogleI cannot recommend this agency. They are not proffesional and dont know what they are doing most of the time.Things they say are incorrect a lot. They forgot to inform us of a higher offer on a house and led us on, thinking that our offer is accepted. Meanwhile, they sold it to other people and we had no chance of buying the property. We lost more than 3weeks....Worse agency Ive ever experienced!!!

GoogleI have to say, I've been incredibly impressed with Bairstow Eves in Beeston. We put our house on the market and within 2 weeks we had over 10 viewings and 3 offers on the house. They have been proactive in marketing our property, getting the right people out to see it and maintaining communication with us throughout. We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

GoogleThe estate agent was very helpful with the entire process, even though I acknowledge I was a difficult client due to a huge life change part way through the process. The mortgage advisory was very helpful even if the solicitors they recommended were a bit rubbish.

GoogleShocking company had to call 3 times to arrange a viewing. Then email to get confirmation of booking text to me. Only to go on the day waste fuel for estate agent not to turn up for viewing. So went to the store to be told property had gone. But no one bothered to contact us and cancel viewing. Extremely poor customer service won't be recommending Bairstow Eves Beeston.

GoogleThe team at Bairstow Eves in Beeston have just sold our late mother's house for my brother and I. Natalie, Gemma and Dee have all been very friendly and professional, and have sold the house very quickly at a good price. It has been a very positive experience dealing with Bairstow Eves.
