Been in the flat for 3 months now and haven't had a single issue. The initial process was straight forward and stress free. Only issue was some information wasn't passed onto me from the landlord before moving in, but this was only due to someone leaving accord and not passing it onto the next person dealing with my tenancy. Yes their fees are pricey but so far I haven't had a single issue. I'll update this review when it comes to the end of my tenancy but so far I would 100% recommend them

I am a landlord of a property managed by Accord Lets. I would like to commend Property Manager Katie Benson's excellent service with respect to the property, both from my perspective and ( I believe) the tenant's as well. Her proactive, prompt and courteous communication and liaison on multiple issues over the last couple of years has been first rate and has significantly ameliorated the occasionally thorny issues which can crop up between landlord and tenant. Accord Lets have fully managed my property in the Jewellery Quarter Birmingham since 2008. I cannot recommend this letting agency highly enough. They are superb! As I live in Leeds I am not able to visit the property regularly myself. They contact me when necessary but are not constantly bombarding me with questions - if they can sort the issues out they will. I recevie a regular update on the condition of the property including a wide range of photos. If work needs to be undertaken they always check with me first. The cost of any works required has never been extortionate. They have managed to let my property continuously since 2008 with no breaks. Just recently I needed several pieces of information for my solicitor regarding the property and nothing was too much trouble for them sending everything by return. If you are looking for an agency to manage your property for you look no further. I can highly recommend them
