Avoid at all cost. Mr Singh convinced me that my flat would not sell for more than a certain price (despite having another two quotes saying otherwise) and it ended up being sold for an extra £5.000, which the agent pocketed as part of their “performance fee”. People need to be fully aware of this before signing their contract, as the response I got when I asked about this clause was very misleading. Despite what they claim, LV Property is definitely not the best agent in the West Midlands. Never in my life have I been spoken to in a ruder and more patronising tone than I was by Mr Singh who even told me the issues I had been having due to LV Property were “not his problem”. They praise themselves on always showing mutual respect but calling a solicitor a “moron”, whether or not it is the case, is certainly not professional.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

LV Property were amazing. The sale of our mixed use building was quite complex, and Jas understood our needs completely, including the VAT issues. Not only was a buyer quickly introduced, but the follow through was excellent. Sophie was fantastic, always on top of everything and chasing up relevant parties where necessary. I had a viewing booked with Rhianna. Although the property wasn't right for me, she went out of her way to try and find the best property for me and was super helpful throughout the entire process. She was patient, fast responding and answered all my questions I had. I can't thank her enough! Definitely one of the best experiences I've had with an agent (compared to other agencies)

Dealt with Josh who from the start of the sale right through to the end was brilliant. Extremely helpful and always easy to contact. On the rare occasions he was unavailable the other office staff were more than happy to help and also very helpful. LV property with specific reference to Stacey, incorporate personal needs. I got a lovely apartment in the city center with the company when I was pregnant for easy access. Now the baby is about a year and I needed a new place to raise him. Still with the company I have recently got a lovely home. I didn’t have to search on their website, I only told them what I was looking for and I got more than I was expecting. I can say this from experience LV is a family, they are only a call away. I remember when I was struggling with my door and I got help over FaceTime. talking from experience… they lie about not being in office to avoid phone calls from people and edit their pictures of houses. also feel very very used as i worked 10 hours there as a ‘trial’ without getting payed anything at all to then hear that i am unsuccessful due to lack of confidence on the phone… i did everything i got told to do. reply to their reply- you know exactly who i am and that i am not a fake account which is why you got chloe from the learning curve group to call me saying leaving bad reviews will look bad on the company.
