Turned up on time and had all the information necessary for me to make an offer. I have met with many estate agents over the past few weeks and found Harry to be the most helpful.

Horrendous experience letting my apartment in Central Birmingham. Lee Grogan and Jaspal Singh promised great things and did not even obtain a single viewing in 3 weeks. In that time, my other agent had 9 viewings and 3 offers at the asking price. They did not even bother to go to the apartment and take pictures, and used the other agents one instead. Stay clear!

Sorry to hear about your experience JR, In case you are unaware we stopped marketing your property for 2 reasons listed below, these were also communicated you via email. 1. We found out you had in excess of 5 agents trying to market your property. Upon instruction you were informed we only work as sole agency.2. No keys - With you being based abroad we struggled for access as no keys were given and your point of contact denied access on the last minute leaving us to cancel viewings last minute.Finally we pride ourselves on being a multi-award-winning agent and whilst we can’t please everyone we always go the extra and this was shown in how quickly we marketed your property and booked in appointments only to all be cancelled last minute. GoogleWe recently sold our house through lvproperty and found the service exemplary. The price they suggested was archieved, they got buyers almost immediately within the 21 day promise. They also managed the sales progression sensibly and prevented any potential disagreements between both parties. Jas certainly knows the market well and has a great team in place. Overall I’ve had an excellent experience with them.
