GoogleMajor and his team have been brilliant from start to finish. Really couldn’t have asked for a better agent acting on our behalf. GoogleAfter we had the worst experience ever moving from Oxford to Birmingham with another letting agent, Belvoir helped us to secure a property and arranged a stress free move. GoogleOne of the worst property agency i have had to deal with so far. Moved in a month ago and i was told all the issues within the property would be fixed. Before i paid for the deposit and rent the responses were prompt and very professional. Once i paid everything i have had to wait weeks after following up multiple times for a response. The property was not cleaned when i moved in and some trash from previous tenant was still in the property. Have been to the office multiple times and behaviour of some of the staff is extremely unprofessional. These people do not care about you all they care about is money and that is not how you run a business. If your tenants are not happy you have failed as a property company. Extremely bad experience and the issues still keep racking up with no sign of anything being fixed soon. For your own sake, stay away from them unless they figure out how to treat tenants that are paying and how to provide maintenance. I wish i didnt have to write this review but the promises made to me were not fulfilled and so far seems like nothings going to be fixed anytime soon.

GoogleAbsolutely unprofessional estate agent as he didnt have the keys to the property and came 5 minutes late and eventually woke up tenants by phoning every number on the building to get in whilst having 4 viewers waiting to view the flat at the same damn time. Phoned the agency just to let them know but got told im looking for an argument!? Unbelievably rude over the phone and tried calling me back after cutting the phone call when he started screaming in my ear!!
Hi Khalil, We are sorry to learn of your experience here - unfortunately slight minimal delays do happen in terms of viewings due to certain circumstances at times but we do always try to be as on time and prompt as possible. Direct reviewsWouldn't even give it a one star but had to in order to leave review. I would like to state how disappointed I am with the service I receive from Belvoir. The service has gone downhill. I notice there is a very high staff turnover which I believe has contributed to my dissatisfaction. The individuals working there right at this present moment in time, are rude, obnoxious, condescending and ignorant. The service is point blank disgusting on so many levels. Previously I have dealt with Charlie, Sinead, Poppy, Charleen and Dey and they have always been pleasant courteous and appreciative. But through the grapevine, the way their director, namely Baljinder Kaur Mahil, treats her staff is no wonder they do not stick around for long!!!

Although the lockdown made it difficult to come to the completion quickly, Major Mahill was supportive and helpful throughout the process. GoogleI am editing my review as I am being threatened with legal proceedings and bombarded with emails . This is an account of what happened: 1. Major Mahil showed me 3 flats over a 2 week period . I asked if the one we had booked to view was smaller than the others and he turned on me calling me a time waster 2. When looking at property we were a group herded in and out with no time to look properly or ask questions before the next “ group” was shown 3 . I called about a flat that has been let ( was unaware at the time ) was told if I paid more rent we could discuss . 4. I offended Mr Mahil and was asked to apologise and withdraw my review . I said I would get back to him pending advice and 30 mins later he threatened me with a lawsuit with people he “has known 20 years “ . These threats and inability to act professionally has effected me so I will also be seeking advice

GoogleI had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this property agent, and I can't express how terrible it was. This person's rudeness and disrespect are beyond belief. They clearly have no concept of customer service or basic human decency. If you value your sanity and self-respect, stay far, far away from this agent. We have had a viewing and even paid the deposit of 206 pounds they said everything is ok then somehow told us that you have failed to get reference and we will be needing a garentor for this and they said this on Saturday and today Monday morning i call them and even my garentor who is a responsible and respectful British citizen they talk Very very rudely and said we are putting it again on sale and we will not return the deposit also.which is totally unfair. Sorry to say but stay away from these kind of brokers present in market.
Hi Mr Syed Osma Munib & Mr Syed Yousaf, We note you have left this review due to your failed referencing checks. You had to be earning 2.5x the annual rent (combined) in order to pass referencing here which you informed us that you do earn this to which the referencing proved otherwise. We was then contacted by a 'guarantor' who indeed abused our colleagues verbally when this person had no connection with the property whatsoever on application stage as the landlord didn't even agree to this in the first place..? I firmly suggest going forward you provide valid and truthful information instead of false and fabricated information. To add to this further we have been told by Syed Munib that if we return holding deposit monies he will look to remove this review, we will not be brought into such blackmail and therefore will make our point clearly and strongly as seen on this reply. Thanks.
