GoogleStaff are unresponsive, don't send application forms, and ghost you. Not to mention the standard estate agent prejudice against students and the disabled.
Hi Lex, I can see your emails were responded to and we did have several offers on this specific property in which the landlord did choose to go with a offer that was not yours. This has nothing to do with prejudice towards any background - it is just a landlord choice. Thanks Belvoir.

GoogleMy friend organised a viewing at New Hampton Lofts through this agency. Was supposed to be at 10am, so we were there for 10. Then we had a message to say the viewing had been pushed back to 10:15, fine. No-one showed up. I phoned at 10:25, someone promised to phone me back. At 10:40 no-one had called, no estate agent had shown up. Terrible customer service.

GoogleURGENT: avoid if you're a tenant. As you can see the five star reviews are from the landlords and property owners. They will literally harass and stress you out.

GoogleAt the beginning very nice and promising everything we asked for. After we signed the contract they do not care. Requests for repairs in the flat are being ignored, furniture they promised to purchase is non-existent. Staff is incompetent - they could not tell us right codes for the doors, we still do not know who is our energy supplier as they cannot confirm it. Our emails are being ignored.

GoogleUnprofessional,If you book viewing for their property make sure you call them to double check if they have let the property already because they won't notify you.
We would like to make you aware that when you book online viewing on our platform we do send out relevant text messages if the property is taken prior to your viewings. As you must appreciate within the lettings market there is a huge demand for city centre apartments at the moment and the team here at Belvoir! are doing their upmost best to endeavour to cope with the demands of bookings and updating our websites on a regular basis, however time to time there will be delays in getting the various portals updated and sincerely apology if this has caused any inconvenience. We truly hope Belvoir Birmingham can assist you in the near future and again due to the unprecedented demand for apartments has lead to shortage of properties across Birmingham which no doubt is of course leaving applicants disappointed we are as agency doing our very best to get new properties available on our websites.
