It was noted at the appointment when you viewed the property, the negotiator asked questions in reference to your employment and it was found that your salary was insufficient to pass the credit reference and in fact we advised, you this before we took any monies and therefore demonstrates that rather than you lose any monies later in the application process we look after your best interests from the offset.
