Excellent customer services! I could not recommend this branch more. The estate agents have market knowledge, impecable customer service. I have been their tenant while a student and now I am their landlord as a result of their relationship management and fair treatment. As for their prices with no shadow of a doubt that the price for their service is more than fair.

I???ve used Belviour birmingham for quite a few year now for letting several of my properties. I can tell they are very busy but they they still make sure they take care of their customers needs . I speak to Major directly and it???s simple and easy to reach him . Major even organised a last minute clean for my property as the previous tenants hadn???t had it cleaned out properly and we had tenants moving in the same day . Great service as always . Good but inconsistent support from Belvoir at times, some issues were resolved fairly quickly whilst other issues which were raised at the start of our tenancy (over 12 months ago) were never fixed (specifically a broken dishwasher). I understand there were some complications with the dishwasher being removed and replaced but at times it was evident no progress was being made. Belvoir were helpful getting us in into our apartment and the check out process was smooth despite some delay in receiving our deposit (delayed due to no invoice being provided for cleaning services).
